EMERGENCY UNIT AND PAEDIATRIC AND NEONATAL EMERGENCY

The Paediatric Emergency service at Centro Hospitalar Cova da Beira, in Covilhã, is located at the rear of the hospital, with access to the exterior and parking lot, on the 1^st floor of the building of the Pêro da Covilhã Hospital.
The Paediatric Emergency Service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The purpose of the Paediatric Service is to provide health care to persons less than 18 years old).
The team consists of physicians, nurses, specialised technicians and administrative staff.
The Cova da Beira Hospital Centrealso has a helipad.
