Mission

The mission of the Orthopaedics Service is to treat patients in the area of ortotraumatology. To this end, it aims to ensure the best possible quality care for users.

And also:

• Promote the best possible personalised service for users;
• Maintain the team up-to-date in terms of the latest technical and scientific breakthroughs, by promoting training;
• Increase the technologies needed to develop the Service;
• Effectively manage human and material resources available according to cost;
• Develop teamwork;
• Promote the ethical and deontological responsibility of the professionals;
• Increase the level of personal and professional satisfaction;
• Promote and conduct meetings to achieve that level.

• Hospitalisation - Central Operating Room
• Outpatient Operating Room
• Outpatient Consultation of Covilhã
• Outpatient Consultation of Fundão
• 24 hours Emergency Service
• Daily home care support, from 8h00 to 16h00
